Dr Aleksa Milić
Dr Aleksa Milić is a specialist in ophthalmology employed at the Clinic for Eye Diseases at the Military Medical Academy (VMA), where he treats various eye conditions with a particular focus on cataract surgery, posterior segment diseases, glaucoma treatment and laser eye procedures.
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade in 2017 and completed his specialization in ophthalmology in 2022 at the Clinic for Eye Diseases at the VMA.
He continuously pursues professional development, with notable training in cataract surgery (Orsy Academy, Ghent, Belgium, 2024) and vitreoretinal surgery (Barraquer Ophthalmology Center, Barcelona, Spain, 2025; TODEM Center, Ankara, Turkey, 2026).
Memberships and professional organizations
He is a participant in numerous domestic and international professional gatherings and congresses in the field of ophthalmology, and a member of the Serbian Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Vitreoretinal Society of Serbia.
