Who we are
Since 2010, Milmedic has brought together one of the most experienced ophthalmology teams in Serbia. More than 30,000 patients have trusted us, from regular check-ups and complex diagnostics to surgical procedures of the anterior and posterior segments of the eye.
What we offer
In a modern equipped space of 600 m² in a quiet part of Belgrade, we have two fully equipped offices for all types of eye examinations, as well as the most advanced diagnostic equipment that allows precise and early detection and monitoring of eye diseases. We also have a modern laser center for outpatient interventions.
Our refractive center uses the latest technology for laser vision correction and diopter correction through lens implantation. The operating block, equipped to the highest standards, enables complex surgical procedures of the anterior and posterior segments of the eye, from cataract and glaucoma surgery to vitreoretinal surgery.
Our team
Our team consists of ophthalmologists from leading domestic and European institutions, with a combined experience of over 100 years of clinical and surgical practice. Several of our doctors actively teach at medical faculties and lead national professional associations, because we believe that an excellent doctor never stops learning.

Prof. dr Miroslav Vukosavljević
Medical director, Ophthalmologist
Prof. dr Miroslav Vukosavljević is an accomplished ophthalmologist with more than 30,000 surgeries and extensive academic experience - author of over 250 scientific papers and more than 10 books and chapters in professional monographs.
Until December 2024, he served as Head of the Military Medical Academy. As Medical Director of Milmedic Clinic, he is responsible for medical standards and the implementation of the most advanced surgical and diagnostic procedures.

Prof. dr Mirko Resan
Ophthalmologist
Prof. dr Mirko Resan is an ophthalmology specialist and one of the leading experts in cataract and refractive surgery in Serbia - with over 20 years of surgical experience.
He is Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Defence, former Head of the Eye Disease Clinic at the MMA, and President of the Serbian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr Nenad Petrović
Specijalista oftalmologije
Dr Nenad Petrović is an ophthalmology specialist with over 20 years of experience - with a particular focus on vitreoretinal surgery and cataract operations.
He is a former Head of the Department for the Posterior Segment of the Eye and Head of the Eye Disease Clinic at the Military Medical Academy. He completed advanced training through the European School of Vitreoretinal Surgery in Bremen.

Dr Elisaveta Stanić
Ophthalmologist
Dr Elisaveta Stanić is an ophthalmology specialist with over 10 years of experience in cataract surgery, laser vision correction and the treatment of retinal diseases.
She completed advanced training at the Alcon Experience Centre in Barcelona and teaches at cataract surgery courses organized by the Serbian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
