
Dr Nenad Petrović
Dr Nenad Petrović is an ophthalmology specialist with extensive clinical and surgical experience in diseases of the posterior segment of the eye - with a particular focus on vitreoretinal surgery and cataract surgery, with over 20 years of experience.
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade in 2001 and completed his ophthalmology specialization at the Military Medical Academy in 2004. He currently serves as Head of the Department for the Posterior Segment of the Eye and Deputy Head of the Eye Disease Clinic at the MMA.
Throughout his career, he has continuously advanced his skills at home and abroad - including training in vitreoretinal surgery through the European School of Vitreoretinal Surgery in Bremen, Germany, and advanced cataract surgery training in Prague.
He is author and co-author of several professional papers presented at domestic and international congresses on cataracts, eye injuries, vitreoretinal surgery and modern surgical techniques in ophthalmology.
